Atlantis Group
Atlantis Group was formed in 2022 in Puerto Rico between founding partners Kristen Wu and Harry Chen. The founders met in New York City and both graduated from Columbia University at the Masters of Real Estate program (MSRED), which has had some very notable alumni. Since then, Atlantis Group has expanded to include more people over the years between our projects in residential and commercial real estate around the globe including the United States, Asia, and Puerto Rico.
Kristen Wu
Raised between Boston, New York, and Taiwan, Kristen has been involved in various real estate projects on their design, development, and construction over the years after graduating from MIT. Kristen oversees design and construction in Atlantis Group.

Harry Chen
Raised in New York City, Harry has learned from a young age to help operate and manage businesses in construction material and the food and beverage industry. Harry oversees acquisitions, financials, and legal at Atlantis Group.
